Flexible Engagement Models
At Hadoolytics, we are committed to come up with an engagement model that meets the business objectives of our customers. Our team works with you to understand the overall requirements of your project and propose an appropriate engagement model.
Some of the widely popular engagement models include the ones summarized below.
Project Based
A fixed cost and time will be provided for accomplishing the objectives of the engagement. This is suitable for projects that have reasonably well defined goals and requirements upfront.
Extended Team
If there is a regular stream of work and your product is in constant evolution, an extended team model is recommended. Resources are dedicated to your project(s) and are billed a fixed monthly cost. Any additional hours spent by the resources on a weekday or on weekends during crunch situations are not billed to you.
Time and Materials
Resources are billed hourly based on time spent on the engagement. This model works best when full-time involvement of resources is not required as business priorities are evolving due to which the goals and requirements may not be well defined upfront.
